How it all started...
Spirit of Hope Lutheran Church is a church in the Nebraska Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). We started worshiping together as a mission congregation in September 2009 in a partnership between Sheridan Lutheran Church and Prince of Peace Lutheran Church. In May of 2011 we were received into the Nebraska Synod and the ELCA.

Spirit of Hope Lutheran Church has contemporary worship typically at
9 am & 11 am on Sunday mornings. We are located at 5801 NW 1st St Lincoln, NE at the intersection of NW 1st St and Fletcher, situated between Great Wall/Amigos and Highlands Academy Daycare. Look for the blue signage on the sides of our building.
